Without doubt Riverside Lodge has one of the best locations in the Strathspey area. It is situated close to the Rothiemurchus Visitor Centre in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.

For peace and quiet this is a unique setting, amongst its own Silver Birch and Pine woodland, but is still close enough to Aviemore for a short stroll home in the evening. Aviemore offers a large selection of restaurants and pubs.

As the house is set in the countryside, access is ideal for walking or cycling and suggestions for scenic routes are willingly offered.

As we are one of the closest B&B's to the Cairngorm skiing area, we are ideally situated for the snow sport enthusiast. It takes approximately 10 minutes, by car, to reach the bottom of the Funicular railway - Phone us for a snow report before you book.
